He was always awaiting smiles from everyone, and didn't have one bad bone in his body. He may have been in a wheelchair, but that never stopped him from going on 'walks' around the entire hospital. I can remeber going to visit him, and it would be a mystery case to find out where he was haha ; ) I'm sure he's doing the same to God above. You're strongly missed grampy, and wish you could have stayed with us for a lot longer that what you got to have with us. You were such a bright optimistic man. You never let your disease get you down, or get the best of you. I'm thankful that I got to have you apart of my life, and also my daughters life. I'm very glad that I had you for my grandfather. :) I love you Larry Emerson :)

I got him every time we went to togus. I was a nervous wreck. Larry never made me uncomfortable and was ready to help me through it. I began to look forward to seeing him. Then I got a job at Togus and took care of him for 9 and 1/2 years. I always remembered his birthday, because it was the day before valentines. He was always ready with a smile and even laughed at my dumb jokes. He will be missed. And was loved by many. Sorry for your loss. Rest in peace Larry. <3 you
